Auto Seeds are sold for collectible souvenir and genetic preservation purposes only. Laws concerning the purchase, possession and use of cannabis seeds vary. 2. Refusing or Cancelling Orders
Autoseeds.com may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it involves fraud, fails our age requirements or would breach applicable law. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund without undue delay and within 14 days. This does not limit any other rights you have under applicable law.
3. Lawful Assistance
We aim to offer the highest level of quality for our products and services. We will not assist customers in acting contrary to applicable law. We may decline requests that seek assistance with unlawful activity, but this does not prevent you from contacting us about an existing order, complaint or statutory rights.
4. Customer Service
Our customer service team can answer questions about our products and services, orders and account details. We cannot assist with specific product recommendations. Our seeds are sold for novelty and souvenir purposes only.
5. Accepting These Terms
Before placing an order, customers will be provided with a direct link to these Terms and Conditions and asked to agree to them at checkout.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team as soon as reasonably possible, quoting your order number and describing the problem. You do not lose your statutory rights simply because you have not reported a problem within seven days of delivery.
7. Packaging and Photographs
Where possible, retain the goods and packaging and provide clear photographs of the affected items and any damage to the packaging. Please contact us before returning damaged goods so we can assess the issue and provide appropriate instructions. Requests for photographs or packaging do not limit your statutory rights.
8. Prices, Promotions and Rewards
We may adjust prices and promotions for future purchases. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Rewards points are subject to the published rewards programme terms; nothing in this clause gives us an unrestricted right to remove accrued points or change agreed benefits.
9. Website Accuracy and Pricing Errors
We aim to keep website information, product descriptions and prices accurate and up to date. If we identify a pricing or product-description error before accepting your order, we will explain the error and give you the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or cancelling for a full refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order without giving a reason from the time you place it until 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, this period ends 14 days after the day you receive the last item.
To cancel, contact our customer service team with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, including your name and order number. You do not need return authorisation to exercise your cancellation right. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.
Returning Goods
Please return goods unopened and in their original packaging wherever possible. This does not restrict your right to reasonably inspect them. Where permitted by law, we may deduct an amount reflecting a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We will explain any deduction.

Consumer Rights and Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their lawful purpose and as described. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy under your statutory rights.
Any commercial guarantee we offer is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace them.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
