At Auto Seeds, we take care in producing, storing and handling our autoflowering genetics. Our Germination Guarantee supports customers with replacement seeds where a claim qualifies under the conditions explained below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this guarantee, which provides additional protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the Auto Seeds Germination Guarantee?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If seeds purchased from Auto Seeds fail to germinate, we will provide replacements for eligible claims, provided the seeds were stored appropriately before use and the requirements of this policy are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will review the details you provide to establish whether your claim qualifies. Where the same product is no longer available, we will agree a suitable alternative with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legal Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This guarantee is available only when the germination and cultivation involved were lawful for the person undertaking them, in the place and at the time they occurred. Any necessary licences or permits must have been held, and all relevant conditions complied with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buying seeds through our UK store does not authorise their germination or the cultivation of cannabis in the UK. Cultivating cannabis in the United Kingdom without the required legal authorisation is unlawful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A claim is assessed by reference to where the activity actually happened, rather than simply where the customer lives or received their order. Activity undertaken abroad must comply with the laws applicable in that location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will decline a claim under this guarantee where we reasonably believe it concerns unlawful activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Request Replacement Seeds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please contact our customer support team<\/a> within 90 days of purchase. To help us assess your claim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Identify your order<\/strong> \u2013 Provide your order number, the number of seeds affected and a brief description of the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Provide photographs<\/strong> \u2013 Send clear images of the affected seeds with a current date reference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Confirm the location<\/strong> \u2013 Tell us the country and, where relevant, state or region where germination took place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Confirm lawful activity<\/strong> \u2013 Confirm that the person carrying out the activity complied with applicable law, including any required licences, permits and their conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    We may ask for reasonable additional information or supporting evidence where needed to establish eligibility. If we decline your claim, we will explain our decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
