1. You must have read, understood and fully agree to adhere to the disclaimer of this site.
2. Autoseeds.com can at any time cancel an order without advance warning or notice, if we are given any reason to believe that a customer is acting in any way contrary to our company disclaimer or the terms and conditions of this site. Any payment made will be refunded if such action is taken by Autoseeds.com
3. We offer the highest level of quality for both our products and our services. We WILL NOT in any way, assist a customer to act in contrary to our national laws. Please do no make any request that can be construed in this way as we will not respond and will block any future purchases or contact.
4. Our dedicated customer service team will answer any questions that you may have about our products and services, your orders or account details. Unfortunately we cannot assist with specific recommendations for products. We will not respond to any questions that involve the germination of seeds. Our seeds are sold for novelty and souvenir purposes only. If you are fortunate enough to be in a location where national and federal laws permit germination, we still cannot discuss germination due to the national laws of the UK.
5. Before the customer places any order and checks out they must agree to the T&C and be presented to a direct link to the T&C.
6. If your souvenir seeds arrive with you in anything less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately. Please open any packages immediately as if items are damaged but we are notified more than 7 days after they have arrived we cannot be of any assistance.
7. If they are damaged please keep all packaging that they arrived in as we will request information for you about how they arrived, how much damage there was to external packaging and we will also ask for clear photos of the damaged seeds themselves.
8. We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions and rewards points at any time on our site without prior notification.
9. We always try our best to ensure that our website is accurate and up to date. That information on strains is correct for information purposes, that prices are accurate and take into account any current sales or discount offers. But sometimes some mistakes can happen and we will not be required to honor any incorrect prices that are displayed on the site.
