PAYMENT INFORMATION

Yes, all orders shipped to Australia will be sent with an Aus Post tracking code from our London based head office. At the checkout you will be given the option of either a first class tracked service or special delivery both of which come with tracking.

If you have not yet received your order please check the Australia Post tracking that can be found in your confirmation email. This should give you an idea of when your seeds will be delivered.

If it has been over 21 days and you have not received your order please contact our customer service team and they will look into this matter for you.

We ship all Australian orders from our London based head office with an Australian Post tracking code that is sent to you via email. Delivery can take up to 21 days.
