Yes, all orders shipped within the UK will be sent with Royal Mail from our London based head office. At the checkout you will be given the option of either a first class tracked service or special delivery both of which come with tracking.

If you have not yet received your order please check the Royal Mail tracking that can be found in your confirmation email. This should give you an idea of when your seeds will be delivered.

If it has been over 5 days and you have not received your order please contact our customer service team and they will look into this matter for you.

Yes, our UK head office will pack your seeds in our Auto Seeds branded mylar packs and you should receive your order within 2-3 days.

We ship all UK orders from our London based head office with Royal Mail first class or special delivery.

First Class: If you choose our first class service it normally takes 2-4 working days.

Special Delivery: If you choose special delivery it normally takes 1-2 working days.
